What are your service hours?

We are open 24 Hours, 365 days in Kathmandu and Pokhara. You can Place your order anytime of the day! However few menu like Breakfast, Khaaja and others may be time based.

What is the minimum order amount for delivery?

Our minimum order value amount is NRs. 500.

Can I pick up the order myself?

Yes. You can use Khaanpin's Pickup service to collect orders from our allocated self pickup locations. You may consult with our customer care representative to enquire about allocated self pickup locations.

Do you guarantee the quality/quantity of the food?

We strive to provide you with unparalleled convenience by building a last mile delivery service that provides high quality and standard food and essentials to consumers all day all night 365 days. Since we have our own cloud kitchen, we fully guarantee the quality of food delivered to you is the best food you could have ordered.

What are the delivery charges?

For Kathmandu, Delivery charges are waived off from 9am - 9pm ( inside ringroad only). Additional NRs 100/- is charged as delivery fee from 9am - 9pm for orders delivered outside ringroad. The delivery charge may vary from NRs 100/- to NRs 200/- as per your location for orders placed after 9pm.

For Pokhara, Deliver Charges is NRs 75/- in all our delivery areas.

To which locations do you deliver?

For Kathmandu, we deliver all over Kathmandu Valley ( inside as well as outside Ringroad).

For Pokhara, We deliver all inside Pokhara City. Our farthest point of delivery around Pokhara is Talchowk*, Bijaypur Bridge, Hemja*, Pame Paragliding Landing Point, Chorepatan Check Point, Mountain Musem and Kahu Khola Bridge.

Does Khaanpin deliver food from restaurants or has its own kitchen?

No Khaanpin doesn't deliver orders from other restaurants. We have our own cloud kitchen and we deliver varieties of cuisine from our kitchen only.

How much time does it take to get the food delivered?

Standard delivery times vary by the location selected and prevailing conditions. Once you select your location, it generally takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to deliver your order. However, the delivery time relies on several factors like traffic conditions, size of your order, etc.

Can I cancel the order if needed?

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed in the Kitchen. Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation fee up to full or half order value to compensate if your order has been confirmed.

However, if the order has already been dispatched and is on its way to delivery, cancellation is not possible.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, advanced orders functionality is supported. However, we may require you to pay certain fraction of the order amount for an official pre-order booking confirmation based on your order type.

Do you support bulk orders?

Yes, we do take bulk order requests. However, we may require you to make an advance booking ( with certain payment of total order value based on your order types) of 1-2 days.

How can I place my order?

Want to purchase from us but don't know how? We have simplified our buying process into 6 easy steps :

Order Via Website(Guest) :

Step 1 :
Open khaanpin.com.np on your web browser( Safari, Chrome, Mozilla or Any)

Step 2 :
Choose your preferred location ( Kathmandu or Pokhara) by clicking the drop down button on the top left corner of the main page.

Step 3 :
Just browse through your preferred section ( cooked- food, liquor, mart , bakery ,etc).

Step 4 :
Your preferred section is further categorized into categories and subcategories. Scroll through the item list and please click the add button to add items into your cart. You can also try searching your favorite items on the search bar and can directly add into your cart.

Step 5 :
Once you are done shopping or purchasing, click the cart icon located on the top right corner of the page. You will be redirected to your order detail page. Please click the checkout button to place your order.

Step 6 :
Set a preferred location by clicking and dragging the "marker icon" until you have accurately pinned to the middle of your delivery location. Please mention your phone number, full name and full address after marking your location.

Please review your order to ensure that your details are correct. If you have reviewed the order, you can proceed by clicking the confirm order button.
